Realestate@thebeaches inc was incorporated in 1996. Christian G. (George) Fryer is the Broker-In-Charge and the President of the Corporation.

George was first licensed in 1970 as a salesperson in the State of Kansas and became a licensed broker in Kansas in 1972. He has functioned in many capacities in the field of real estate. After receiving his broker's license, he was the manager of a branch office in Overland Park, Kansas. Later he started his own company and developed a 'flat-fee' or 'no-commission' real estate company.

In the 1980s, George developed an advertising agency that specialized in real estate. His first account was the largest real estate community in the Kansas City area. Others came quickly including townhouse and single-family communities in the Johnson County, Kansas area.

After his extensive 28-year experience in real estate - sales, management, ownership and marketing - it is no surprise that he has now developed the Real Estate Directory for New Homes. This directory is designed to be a one-stop source for new home information, and is free to the public. There is no up-front charge to the real estate companies that place their information in this directory. Payment for the service comes from the firm that receives the referral, but only after a sale is made and closed.
